How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, evaluating outcomes and adjusting treatment to optimize patient safety and recovery.
• Administer physician and nursing orders promptly, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and advancing quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead discharge planning efforts, collaborating with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and effective post-acute care planning.
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  
  

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
  
  

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 1-2 years CVICU RN experience
• 2 years solid ICU RN experience (MICU/SICU/ICU/NICU/PICU)
