Research Study "Novice Nurse's Perceptions of Communication Dynamics in the Operating Room"

Greetings – 

You have been identified as a key stakeholder who has access to novice nurses with one year or less experience currently working in the operating room full time. The study will explore novice nurse’s perceptions of communication dynamics in the operating room. Per IRB, I have been approved to recruit through my professional organizations, from my professional network, and snowball sampling (study participants recruit other potential participants). Please share this email and/or recruitment flyer with potential participants or have them reach out to me directly. Each participant will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card upon completion of the interview. The results of this study will be beneficial to the OR community at large. Please do not place the flyer in your workplace. Please find the recruitment flyer attached/below and advise if any additional information or clarification is warranted.
